\n Responsibilities\n

• Lead and manage Production and Warehouse teams, providing direction, support, and development.
\n
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and implement quality, safety, health, and environmental systems.
\n
• Oversee safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment, including hazard analyses and preventive maintenance programmes.
\n
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands whilst managing costs and resources efficiently.
\n
• Monitor productivity, investigate downtime issues, and collaborate with staff to identify and implement process improvements.
\n
• Coordinate logistics for product deliveries and manage purchase orders for projects and maintenance work.
\n
• Assess and maintain a register of approved contractors; supervise on‑site contractors to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
\n
• Support the QC Laboratory to ensure compliance with product and environmental standards.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive records related to plant maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
\n
• Promote waste minimisation, efficient use of raw materials (FIFO), and maintain high housekeeping standards across the site.
\n
• Conduct Toolbox meetings and routine staff communications; participate in internal audits and risk assessments.
\n
• Ensure timely processing of administrative documentation and support site security measures.
\n
• Report on operational performance, including safety, environmental metrics, and KPIs.
\n
• Perform other duties as directed by the Operations Manager.
