Job Title: Shoot Manager Location: Gurgaon (Sec-43) -Work from Office Experience Required : 1+ years Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Joining: Immediate About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Shoot Manager who can take complete ownership of end-to-end shoot execution. This role goes beyond coordination—you will act as a creative lead on set, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the overall vision and quality of the content. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee end-to-end shoot execution, from pre-production to post-production coordination • Act as a creative director on set, ensuring the final output aligns with the brand vision • Coordinate with content team, videographers, editors, and talent/influencers • Plan and execute shoot schedules, timelines, and logistics • Ensure all required props, locations, and equipment are arranged in advance • Supervise on-ground shoot activities to ensure high-quality content delivery • Provide creative inputs on scripts, frames, and overall storytelling • Troubleshoot on-set challenges and ensure smooth workflow under tight deadlines • Manage multiple shoots simultaneously while maintaining consistency and efficiency Requirements: • Minimum 1+ year of experience in shoot management, production, or similar role • Strong understanding of content creation, video production, and creative direction • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times • Strong communication and team coordination skills • Hands-on, proactive, and problem-solving mindset Good to Have: • Experience in UGC content, brand shoots, or digital media production • Basic understanding of camera setups, lighting, and editing workflows Interested candidates can apply on-
