We are seeking an experienced Alemba ITSM Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience and will be responsible for designing and implementing workflows within the Alemba ITSM platform. Required Skills Alemba ITSM Workflow Design CMDB Business Rules Incident Management Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end workflows in Alemba ITSM Customize fields, forms, and templates within the ITSM platform Implement and maintain business rules for service management processes Manage and support Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration and data integrity Provide L2 and L3 support for production issues related to workflows and service management Troubleshoot and resolve complex workflow and process automation issues Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical workflows Ensure compliance with ITIL-based service management practices Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field Preferred Skills Experience with ITIL frameworks Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
