We’re Hiring || Operations Manager – Jaipur Location: Jaipur (Manasarovar) Process: Premium International (Chat & Email) Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end operations for Chat & Email support processes Drive KPIs including SLA, Quality, CSAT, Productivity & Revenue targets Develop and mentor Team Leaders and frontline teams Ensure process compliance and client satisfaction Identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices Stakeholder management and regular client governance calls Eligibility Criteria: Proven experience in managing international BPO operations Strong understanding of written customer support channels (Chat & Email) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Graduation mandatory Diversity profiles will be preferred.
