Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company. We are looking for a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Consultant to join our team.
In this role, you will be working on maintaining, enhancing, and developing our ServiceNow HR platform to support business operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: - Develop and customize ServiceNow HR module to meet business needs - Manage and resolve incoming ServiceNow requests and incidents efficiently - Ensure best practices in ServiceNow HR module, including documentation and governance - Work closely with stakeholders/HR team to understand requirements and implement solutions - Enhance workflows, automate processes, and optimize system performance - Maintain and improve the system by applying best practices and new features - Active participation in the upgrade process twice a year - Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the best possible execution of requirements and deliver high-quality solutions What We’re Looking For: - Minimum 2 years’ experience in ServiceNow HR (Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Consultant, Developer, or Administrator) - Certified in ServiceNow HR module - Strong analytical, problem-solving and teamwork skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset - Fluent in English Equal opportunities At Hydro, we believe diversity makes us stronger.
