Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for a Closing Manager. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating closings, managing documentation and loan funding, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, and collaborating with sales and mortgage teams to facilitate a seamless customer experience. The role also involves maintaining communication with stakeholders to address issues and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications Experience in Closings and managing the closing process for real estate transactions Knowledge of Funding and Loans processes Familiarity with Mortgage Lending practices and regulations Sales skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with relevant stakeholders Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency with relevant legal, financial, or real estate management software is a plus
