Duckcreek Manager

The Position: The Duck Creek Sr. Developer/Duck Creek Manager should have expertise in application development and implementation using the latest Duck Creek platform and its allied features. The candidate should have strong skills in the software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfacing with internal and external applications, and database management. leading and teaching others through doing, knowledge sharing, mentoring and training; documenting guidelines, best practices and lessons learned; and participating in reviews and code inspection sessions.

Key Responsibilities: Product Application development using Duck Creek's latest platform and its allied features. Ability to Drive Low-Level Design and perform estimation, Technical POC and Technical Customer communication. Collaboratively work with team members to adhere to Duck Creek development best practices.

Maintaining application code/configuration promotion, build & release cycle. Preparation of LLD’s under the supervision of the Technical Architect. Creation of re-usable codes/assets/enablers as a part of the project or engagement.

Work on scaled agile development teams to understand business needs and transform complex requirements into innovative solutions. Communicate within a sprint team as well as cross-team for any proposed design or solution while concurrently collaboratively addressing technical issues and risks. Oversee technical deliverables for projects through the software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation under direct senior supervision.

What are we looking for? Required Knowledge and Skills: Expert level Hands-On technical skills in Duck Creek's toolset Express, Server, Author, Transact, Forms, User Admin, Shredding, XSLT Transformation, XML, HTML5, SQL Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Platform - v6. x, v7.0 and v8.0 Hands-on experience in Express Version 3 & Theme Maker. Hands-On experience in Duck Creek Insights – Extract Mapper & Power BI-Reports, Shredding.

Experience in Duck Creek AMI, Anywhere API & Message Hub. In-depth knowledge of Duck Creek Conformant standards and remediation methodologies. Working experience in DCOD is preferable.
