Role Overview This is a leadership role, not an execution role. You will own the entire organic growth function โ strategy, team direction, tool stack, content alignment, and measurable international lead generation. You will be accountable for rankings, traffic, and qualified inbound leads from global markets, not just domestic visibility.
If you have only worked on Indian-market SEO or generic content SEO, this role is not for you. What You Will Own โข Strategy Ownership โ Design and execute the full SEO strategy across technical SEO, on-page optimisation, topical authority building, and international search visibility for US, UK, AU, CA markets โข Programmatic SEO โ Build and manage the programmatic SEO framework โ service ร industry page matrix, schema implementation, and structured data rollout โข Team Leadership โ Lead a team of SEO Specialists, Analysts, and Content Writers โ set weekly targets, review output quality, and hold the team accountable to KPIs โข AEO & GEO โ Own the AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) strategy โ ensuring A3Logics is cited in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini responses โข Tool Stack Ownership โ Manage Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Clarity โ extract insights, not just reports โข Authority Building โ Drive digital PR and link acquisition from DR 50+ publications in target markets โ not directory submissions โข Cross-Channel Alignment โ Align SEO content strategy with paid search (PPC) to ensure keyword intent is not cannibalised across channels โข Reporting & Attribution โ Monthly reporting to leadership โ rankings, organic traffic, qualified leads generated, and pipeline attributed to organic โข Technical Oversight โ Audit and improve Core Web Vitals, crawl budget, index coverage, and site architecture on an ongoing basis Non-Negotiable Requirements โข 6+ years in SEO with at least 4 years in an IT services, SaaS, or technology company โข Demonstrable case studies of ranking internationally competitive keywords in US or UK markets โข Deep knowledge of EEAT, topical authority, entity-based SEO, and how Google evaluates IT services content โข Experience with international hreflang implementation, geo-targeting, and multi-market SEO architecture โข Hands-on with Ahrefs, Semrush, GSC, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and log file analysis โข Understanding of how organic leads are tracked through CRM โ not just traffic metrics โข Strong written English โ you will review and approve all content before it is published What Will Get You Shortlisted Faster โข Experience with AEO โ structuring content to appear in AI Overviews and LLM responses โข Prior work on programmatic SEO at scale โ 2500+ pages โข Generate Organic Leads through SEO for IT Service Niche โข Published author on Moz, Search Engine Journal, or similar industry publications โข Experience of B2B IT services buyer journey and how organic content maps to it KPIs You Will Be Measured Against โข Organic traffic growth โ month-on-month from international markets โข Number of top-3 rankings for target commercial and informational keywords โข Qualified leads attributed to organic โ not just form fills โข Domain Rating improvement over 12 months Core Web Vitals score across key service pages Perks & Culture โฆ 5-Day Work Week โ structured for focus, not face time โฆ Flexible Working Hours โ we measure output, not hours clocked โฆ Performance-Linked Incentives โ exceptional work is recognised and rewarded financially โฆ Growth-Oriented Culture โ clear career path with defined milestones, not a dead-end role โฆ International Client Exposure โ work directly on campaigns and accounts with US, UK, AU, CA clients โฆ Collaborative Team Environment โ direct access to senior leadership and cross-functional teams โฆ Continuous Learning โ access to premium tools, industry resources, and skill development budgets โฆ Merit-Based Progression โ promotions driven by results, not tenure
