The IT Sales & Marketing Head will own Cord4's complete go-to-market strategy β from generating leads and closing deals to building the brand and establishing Cord4 as the most trusted AI-powered IT partner for businesses. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, and brand building in a fast-growing tech company. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Key Responsibility Sales & Business Development β’ Own the end-to-end sales pipeline β from lead generation to deal closure β’ Identify, approach, and convert new clients across target segments (SMBs, mid-market, enterprises) β’ Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and events β’ Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks tailored to client needs β’ Negotiate and close contracts; manage client expectations through the handover to the delivery team β’ Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set in alignment with the CEO β’ Develop and manage channel partnerships, resellers, and referral networks Marketing & Brand Building β’ Define and execute Cord4's marketing strategy across digital and offline channels β’ Oversee content marketing β LinkedIn, website blogs, case studies, and thought leadership β’ Plan and run performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with measurable ROI β’ Build Cord4's employer and client brand β positioning it as the go-to AI-powered IT partner β’ Manage Cord4's social media presence and ensure consistent, high-quality brand communication β’ Drive PR efforts β press releases, media coverage, industry awards, and speaking opportunities β’ Plan and represent Cord4 at industry events, tech meetups, and networking forums Strategy & Leadership β’ Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and develop targeted outreach strategies for each segment β’ Set up and optimise CRM β track leads, pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts β’ Work closely with the CEO and delivery team to align sales promises with delivery capabilities β’ Hire, onboard, and mentor a small sales & marketing team as the company scales β’ Present weekly sales updates and monthly marketing reports to the CEO β’ Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and identify new growth opportunities Required Qualifications & Experience Education β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant field β’ MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred but not mandatory Experience β’ 3 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B & B2C Sales, Business Development, or Marketing in an IT / Tech company β’ Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets consistently β’ Prior experience selling IT services, software development, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions is strongly preferred β’ Experience working with startups or fast-growing SMB IT companies is a strong advantage Skills β’ Strong understanding of the IT services / product industry and client buying behavior β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Hindi β’ Proficient in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar) β’ Working knowledge of digital marketing β SEO, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, content marketing β’ Ability to independently manage end-to-end sales cycle with minimal hand-holding β’ Strong analytical mindset β comfortable with sales dashboards, pipeline metrics, and revenue reporting β’ High ownership mentality β takes accountability for outcomes, not just activities Good to Have β Preferred Attributes β’ Experience selling to international clients (US, UK, UAE, Australia markets) β’ Understanding of AI / ML solutions, cloud services, or emerging tech products β’ Active LinkedIn presence or personal brand in the tech / sales community β’ Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies β’ Familiarity with tools like Apollo.io, Lusha, Sales Navigator, or similar prospecting tools β’ Gujarati language fluency is an added advantage for local market outreach What Cord4 offers you β¦ High-ownership role: You own Sales & Marketing end-to-end β not just execution of someone else's strategy Direct CEO access: Report directly to the CEO with full visibility into company strategy and growth plans Competitive CTC: Salary + performance-linked incentives aligned with revenue contribution β¦ Growth opportunity: As Cord4 scales, this role grows into VP Sales / Chief Revenue Officer β¦ AI-first Company: Work with a company that genuinely uses AI in everything β you'll have the best too.
