Influencer Marketing Manager About the Company We’re building one of India’s fastest growing D2C wellness & personal care brands, and influencer marketing is a core growth engine for us. We’re looking for someone who can turn creators into a scalable sales channel, not just run collaborations. You’ll help us build a large creator ecosystem producing hundreds of videos every month, working with thousands of creators every month, and scale influencer marketing into one of the brand’s biggest growth channels.
What You’ll Do Build and scale influencer marketing as a key growth channel Work with 2000+ creators every month across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms Execute high-volume creator campaigns that generate both content and conversions Work closely with influencer agencies and creator networks Manage campaigns across nano, micro, mid-tier and large creators Build a UGC engine producing large volumes of content for performance ads Negotiate influencer partnerships and optimize cost vs performance Track campaign performance and continuously improve ROI and sales impact Collaborate with the performance marketing team to turn creator content into high-performing ads What We’re Looking For 4-6+ years experience in influencer marketing Experience with D2C brands (Wellness / Beauty / Personal Care preferred) Experience working with influencer agencies Strong creator relationships and network Ability to execute large-scale creator campaigns Experience working with nano to celebrity creators Highly execution-focused and result-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus if you have Experience generating high-volume UGC for performance marketing Built creator programs or ambassador programs Experience scaling influencer campaigns into major revenue channels
