We are looking for a Personal Brand Manager to build and manage the public presence of Scry AI’s senior stakeholders. This role is critical in shaping thought leadership, driving executive visibility, and aligning personal brands with the company’s strategic positioning. Role Overview As a Personal Brand Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for developing and executing personal branding strategies for senior leadership.
You will work closely with stakeholders to craft their voice, create content, and manage their presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, media, and events. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong content and communication skills, and can position executives as credible, authoritative voices in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Personal Branding Strategy & Positioning Develop and execute personal branding strategies for senior stakeholders Define voice, tone, and messaging aligned with business and individual goals Position leaders as thought leaders in AI, enterprise technology, and industry domains Content Creation & Thought Leadership Create high-quality content including LinkedIn posts, articles, speeches, and op-eds Translate complex ideas into clear, impactful narratives Ensure consistency in voice and messaging across all platforms Digital Presence & Platform Management Manage and grow presence across LinkedIn and other relevant channels Plan and execute content calendars for consistent engagement Track audience growth, engagement, and content performance Media, Events & External Visibility Support media opportunities, interviews, and speaking engagements Prepare stakeholders for public appearances and content delivery Coordinate with PR and marketing teams for visibility initiatives Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment Work closely with marketing, PR, and leadership teams Align personal branding efforts with company campaigns and messaging Incorporate feedback and continuously refine positioning Required Qualifications and Skills Strong experience in personal branding, communications, PR, or content strategy Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills Understanding of LinkedIn and executive branding strategies Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content Familiarity with B2B, AI, or enterprise technology domains is a plus Our Ideal Candidate Is strategic and communication-focused Can build strong, credible executive narratives Is proactive in identifying opportunities for visibility Works effectively with senior stakeholders Thrives in a fast-paced, content-driven environment Is interested in AI, enterprise technology, and thought leadership If this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and insights into how AI companies build leadership visibility and thought leadership presence.
