Senior US Project Manager – Technical (Solar PV & ESS)

Company Description Nabu Enterprises supports US-based renewable energy projects with end-to-end engineering, design, permitting, and project delivery services for US solar PV energy storage systems . Our India-based teams function as an extended delivery arm for US operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and predictable execution. Role Overview This is a senior, full-time, on-site role for an experienced US Project Manager – Technical , based in Pune.

The role is exclusively focused on US solar PV & ESS projects and carries end-to-end responsibility for technical project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and team management. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of US solar PV & ESS projects from kickoff to final submission / handover Act as the primary technical and project interface between US stakeholders and India-based teams Plan, track, and manage schedules, milestones, and delivery timelines Manage, mentor, and scale a team of engineers working on US projects Review and approve technical deliverables including designs, calculations, drawings, and permit sets Ensure compliance with US codes, AHJ requirements, utility guidelines, and client standards Identify delivery risks, quality issues, and bottlenecks and drive corrective actions Establish and improve SOPs, quality benchmarks, and delivery metrics Mandatory Eligibility Criteria 5–7+ years of hands-on experience working exclusively on US solar PV & ESS projects Candidates with experience primarily on India-based projects should not apply Prior experience in a Project Manager / Project Coordination / Delivery Lead role on US projects Proven experience managing and leading engineering teams Strong working knowledge of US permitting workflows, codes, and review processes Immediate joiners preferred Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Strong technical understanding of solar PV energy storage systems Ability to review and approve engineering outputs independently Strong communication skills for US client interaction Familiarity with SolarEdge, Enphase, Tesla Energy is a plus NABCEP or similar US-focused certifications are a plus Industry - Engineering Services Employment Type - Full-time Work Timings: 3:00 pm to 12:00 am IST (US project overlap) Compensation: ₹18–22 LPA (CTC), aligned to role scope and delivery ownership
