Designation: Senior Manager/ Manager – Projects Department: Store Design and Planning Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Years of Work Experience: 8+ years Working Days: 5 days Reporting to: General Manager – Projects No. of Repotees: 2 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Manager / Sr. Manager – Store Design & Planning to lead retail project execution across the West region. The role will drive new store developments, refurbishments, maintenance projects, and commercial fit outs while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in retail design execution, project management, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end store rollout planning across India and international markets. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Lead and manage retail store projects from concept to completion across the assigned region Execute new store developments, refurbishments, maintenance works, and shop-in-shop projects Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and execution strategies Ensure projects are delivered within defined TAT, scope, quality, and budget parameters Design & Construction Management Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, mall teams, and contractors for seamless execution Monitor construction quality, site progress, and compliance with brand guidelines Drive efficient space planning and retail design implementation aligned with business objectives Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and operational standards Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with Business Development, Retail Operations, VM, Procurement, and Leadership teams Facilitate effective communication between internal and external stakeholders Conduct regular project review meetings and provide project status updates to management Budgeting & Cost Control Manage project budgets and cost optimization initiatives Track project expenses and ensure financial discipline across projects Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Strategic Initiatives Support annual business plans and expansion strategies Contribute towards process improvements, vendor development, and execution efficiencies Drive innovative retail design and project execution practices Desired Candidate Profile 8–10 years of experience in Retail Store Design, Project Management, or Construction Planning Experience in retail and commercial fit-out projects is mandatory Strong understanding of retail construction, project execution, budgeting, and vendor management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across regions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and project tracking tools preferred
