Project Manager

Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Project Manager to join our team in New Delhi.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, expediting project timelines, managing logistics, overseeing inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with project goals and standards. You will play a central role in aligning teams and resources to achieve Chiltier vision of delivering innovative thermal management solutions.

Qualifications 2-4 years' experience in Project Management (ideally in consumer electronics), including planning, resource allocation, and risk management. Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor functions to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality assurance and compliance standards.

Proven expertise in Logistics Management, including coordination with vendors and supply chain optimization. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience managing engineering or technology projects is highly desirable.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
