We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Trainer (Customer Service Trainer) to join our team in Kochi

\n

Location: 4th Floor, Arya Bhangy Pinncle, Sahodaran Ayyappan Rd, Elamkulam, Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala 682020

\n

Experience: 1.5+ Years in BPO Training

\n

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

\n

Mandatory Language Requirements:

\n

Malayalam & English- Advanced (Fluent)

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

-On-boarding & Product Training: Train new joiners on product knowledge, customer communication, and internal systems (including selling, soft skills, and objection handling).

\n

-Performance & Refresher Modules: Conduct call audits, identify training gaps across levels, and deliver refresher training to boost floor productivity.

\n

-Feedback & Coaching: Provide timely, constructive feedback and counseling to trainees to help them meet performance standards.

\n

-Training Operations: Manage training schedules, set up training rooms, create engaging learning materials, and maintain meticulous performance scorecards and records.

\n

-Voice modulation correction.

\n
