Role: Gen AI+AIML Engineer

Responsibilities :-

\n

\n
• Hands on experience in application support or intelligent systems support (AI/ML and Chatbots) with Python
\n
• Hands‐on experience with: cloud platforms (Azure preferred), APIs, integration troubleshooting, JSON, logs
\n
• Experience working with monitoring tools.
\n
• Strong analytical and debugging skills for production systems.
\n
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for AMS operations.
\n
• Exposure to MLOps practices such as model monitoring, pipeline orchestration, logging, and deployment support.
\n
• Ability to support data scientists with environments, pipelines, and deployment troubleshooting.
\n
• Familiarity with LLM‐based assistant or retrieval‐based systems.
\n
• Provide L2/L3 support for intelligent applications such as Chatbot
\n
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues
\n
• Monitor application performance, usage trends, and system health.
\n
• Support content updates, configuration adjustments, and functional enhancements in coordination with business teams.
\n
• Ensure smooth operation during updates, deployments, and environment changes.
\n
• Assist in supporting AI/ML-based components integrated within applications
\n
• Work closely with Data Science/Data Engineering teams for deeper issues
\n
• Support basic ML lifecycle tasks such as logging, testing, or evaluation coordination
\n
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change activities following ITIL processes.
\n
• Perform daily/weekly application health checks, log reviews, and proactive monitoring.
\n
• Maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides).
\n
• Participate in governance calls, service reviews, and continuous improvement discussions.
\n
• Support adherence to SLAs, KPIs, availability, and operational compliance.
\n
