Dublin. Thisisanexcellentopportunitytojoinawell-establishedcompanywithastrongpipelineofprojectsacrossDublinandthesurroundingareas.

KeyResponsibilities Managetheday-to-dayoperationsofalargeresidentialconstructionproject. Leadsiteteams,subcontractors,andsupplierstoensureprogrammemilestonesareachieved. Ensureworksaredeliveredsafely,ontime,withinbudget,andtothehighestqualitystandards.

CoordinateallsiteactivitiesandmaintaineffectivecommunicationwiththeProjectManagerandclientteam. Monitorprojectprogressandproactivelyresolveanysiteissues. EnsurecompliancewithallHealth&Safetylegislationandcompanyprocedures.

Conductregularsitemeetingsandmaintainaccurateprojectrecords. Managequalityinspections,snagging,andhandoverprocesses. Driveproductivitywhilemaintainingexceptionalworkmanshipstandards.

Requirements ProvenexperienceasaSeniorSiteManagerdeliveringlargeresidentialdevelopments. Maincontractorexperienceisessential. Strongleadershipandorganisationalskills.

Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementabilities. ThoroughunderstandingofIrishbuildingregulationsandHealth&Safetylegislation. Abilitytomanagemultiplesubcontractorsanddeliverprojectstodemandingprogrammes.

Relevantconstructionqualification. ValidSafePassandotherrelevantsitecertifications.
