Job Descriptioneir business talentis currently seeking applicants for Product Analyst/ Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 (D365) Sales & Marketing for our client based in Dublin Product Analyst/ Business Analyst - Dynamics 365 (D365) Sales & Marketing Location: Dublin - Hybrid Working Model: 2 days in office Duration: 6+ months contract highly extendable The Role Skilled and detail-orientedDynamics 365 (D365) Sales & Marketing Product Analystto support and enhance CRM capabilities across Sales and Marketing functions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive digital transformation, improve customer engagement, and optimize revenue-generating processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365 CRM modules along with data analysis capabilities and a deep understanding of customer lifecycle management.

Your responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to gather and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process mapping to define current and future state processes. Perform gap analysis and recommend improvements to systems and business processes.

Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing modules to align with business needs. Customize CRM components including entities, forms, dashboards, workflows, and business rules. Analyze customer, sales, and marketing data to generate insights and support decision-making.

Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, D365 reporting tools, and Excel to track key KPIs. Manage marketing campaigns, customer journeys, and lead lifecycle including scoring and segmentation. Support system integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and ensure data quality and compliance.

Act as a liaison between business and technical teams while driving continuous improvement using Power Platform tools. Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience: Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience withMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing (Customer Engagement) Experience withPower Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) Knowledge of CRM configuration, data models, and workflows Familiarity withSQL, Excel, and reporting tools Business Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of sales funnel, marketing campaigns, and customer lifecycle Experience translating business needs into technical solutions Desirableskills/knowledge/experience: Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to work in Agile/Scrum delivery models Strong documentation and presentation skills 37+ years as aBusiness Analyst / Product Analyst / CRM Analyst Proven experience in D365 Sales and/or Marketing implementations Experience working with cross-functional business teams Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Data Analytics, or related field Microsoft certifications (MB-210, MB-220, PL-300) are highly desirable Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G Spousal, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
