Job DescriptionSalesforce Integration Analyst Initial 6 months daily rate contract Hybrid- 2 days per week onsiite The Integration Analyst will play a key role in stabilising and scaling the MEP integration landscape by establishing a clear, structured integration catalogue and ensuring robust, secure, and well-governed interactions across Salesforce, AWS Connect, and legacy platforms. Operating within a microservices-based architecture, this role bridges business and technical teams to ensure integrations are clearly defined, consistently implemented, and aligned to both functional and non-functional requirements. The role works closely with Integration Architecture, Data, and Product teams to provide end-to-end visibility and control across the integration estate.

Customer Overview: High-impact project supporting enterprise-level systems integration Project Domain:Systems Integration, Microservices, Legacy System Integration Technologies Used: Salesforce, AWS Connect, Kafka, REST, SOAP, AWS, multiple integration protocols Team Size and Specifics: Small, cross-functional team of experts in integration, data modelling, business analysis, and product management Business Trips & Relocation: Occasional business trips to Ireland Candidates Responsibilities As a Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the integration catalogue by Role: Analyse, document, and optimize integration points between systems Goals: Ensure comprehensive integration mapping, articulate non-functional requirements (NFRs), and support security and transformation specifications Tasks:Understand and document the existing integration landscape and catalogue Define and communicate integration patterns and protocols (SOAP, REST, Kafka.) Assess and articulate NFRs, including volumetrics, for integrations Collaborate with the Data Modeller and Integration Architect to align technical specifications Work with the Business Analyst and Product Owner to identify key integration requirements and deliverables Document existing consumers and map integration touchpoints Challenges, Issues & Problems to Solve Ensuring seamless integration between new and legacy systems Maintaining security and scalability across all integration points Addressing and overcoming potential data transformation challenges Primary Hard Skills: Strong experience in integration analysis within microservices environments Proven track record working across Salesforce, AWS Connect, and legacy platforms Deep understanding of integration patterns: REST, SOAP, event streaming (Kafka) Ability to define and govern NFRs (performance, resilience, security, volumetrics) Solid understanding of data flows, transformation, and alignment with data models Strong documentation and stakeholder communication capabilities Skills: Salesforce integration analyst TPBN1_IJ
