Location: Ahmedabad | In-office | Full-time Salary: 40-50K Monthly CTC We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to focus on closing deals and building brand relationships. Strategically pairing brands with the right creators is a core part of this role. Ownership of the complete partnership cycle is required; from onboarding brands to driving recurring revenue through meaningful collaborations.

Key Responsibilities Onboard new brands onto the platform. Match brands with high-performing creators based on campaign goals. Pitch, negotiate, and close partnership deals.

Drive recurring revenue through strong account management. Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline. Build long-term brand–creator relationships that deliver results.

Requirements 2–5 years of experience in business development, brand partnerships, or influencer marketing. Sales-driven mindset with a comfort for meeting and exceeding targets. Strong closing skills with confidence in pitching and negotiating deals.

Ability to nurture partnerships and build relationships beyond the initial deal. Adaptability to thrive in a fast-moving, in-office setup. Clear, persuasive, and engaging communication skills.
