Role: Senior Sales Representative/ Associate Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days We are seeking dynamic, target-driven Senior Sales professionals to join our Sales & Account Management team.
This role is pivotal in driving global lead generation, converting prospects into paying customers, and nurturing client relationships to ensure long-term growth. You will manage the entire sales journey — from outreach and demos to onboarding and upselling — across multiple international regions. What will you get to do?
Handle inbound leads from bulk campaigns (email/WhatsApp, Google, META Leads), qualify prospects, and schedule product demos. Proactively generate new leads via LinkedIn targeting enterprise accounts in the Web3, blockchain, and SaaS sectors. Conduct impactful product demos, convert trials into paid accounts, and support seamless onboarding in collaboration with the technical team.
Drive outreach campaigns across key global regions — India, APAC, Africa, Middle East, Europe, and LATAM - following a phased market expansion strategy. Educate clients on credit packages, lead upselling initiatives, and consistently meet monthly sales goals. Maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, renewals, and upsells, ensuring ongoing account growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align client needs with integration and usage opportunities. Skills & Qualifications: 3-6 yrs of sales expertise with hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Clutch, Google, and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho. Exceptional communication skills, with professional client engagement experience across international markets.
Prior experience in SaaS, PaaS, or subscription-based product sales in international regions. Strong relationship-building skills and a consistent track record of achieving sales and conversion targets. Hiring Process: 3-4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders
