With 12+ years of experience and 2,000+ clients, the company provides end-to-end support from consultation to loan disbursement and subsidy realization . Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer who can bridge technical understanding of machinery/projects with financial solutions , helping MSMEs secure loans and government subsidies .

The role involves consultative selling, client acquisition, and deal closure. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire MSME clients requiring: Machinery loans, Project finance, Government subsidies (Central & State schemes) Understand client business, machinery requirements, and project feasibility Explain loan structures, subsidy benefits, ROI, and repayment models Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred) MBA (Sales/Finance) – preferred 4–8 years of experience in: Industrial sales / machinery sales Financial products (loans/NBFC/banking) MSME or B2B sales
