Position: Senior Sales Engineer – Industrial Valves Location: Delhi NCR, Punjab Company: Kalsmech *About the Role* We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive business development for our GGC, control, ball and butterfly valve range across OEMs, EPC contractors, and industrial customers in Delhi NCR. This is a field-driven role focused on building long-term relationships and generating consistent order flow. --- *Key Responsibilities* * Identify and develop new customers across: * Various OEMs and end users * Industrial fabricators & skid builders * Mid-size EPC contractors * Generate RFQs and convert them into orders * Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and follow-ups * Coordinate with internal team for quotations and order execution * Build a strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets *Key Requirements* * 2–3 years of experience in industrial product sales (preferably valves, piping, or flow control equipment) * Strong understanding of GGC, ball valves, butterfly valves, and basic applications * Existing network in Delhi NCR industrial clusters (Faridabad, Noida, Manesar, Ghaziabad preferred) * Good communication and negotiation skills * Self-driven and comfortable with field sales --- *What We Offer* * Competitive fixed salary + performance-based incentives * High growth exposure in industrial and project sales * Opportunity to work closely with leadership and build key accounts --- How to Apply Interested candidates can share their profile on [email protected] and [email protected] or reach out directly via LinkedIn.
