Senior Manager – Advertising & PR Strategic Publicity & Advertising WLL About the Job Senior Manager – Advertising & PR | Bahrain Location: Bahrain (On-site) | Type: Full-time Reports to: Chairman/CEO About the Role SPAC WLL is a full-service media powerhouse based in Bahrain, delivering end-to-end solutions across digital media, print, branding, events, and marketing. We're hiring a Senior Manager to lead our advertising and PR function — someone who can own campaigns from strategy to execution while building strong client relationships and leading a creative team. This is a high-visibility role for a leader who is sharp, creative, and a fast decision-maker.

You'll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients, media channels, and formats, in a company that is growing fast and moving faster. What You'll Be Doing * Leading and overseeing advertising and PR campaigns from strategy through execution * Managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals * Building and maintaining strong client relationships * Driving budget management, performance tracking, and market analysis * Delivering insights and continuous improvements across all campaigns * Owning client communication — proactive, clear, and solutions-oriented What We're Looking For Required * Proven experience in advertising, PR, or media leadership roles * Strong strategic planning and campaign execution skills * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities * Deep knowledge of digital advertising and social media strategies * MBA from a Tier 1 institution (IIM or equivalent) preferred * Ability to move fast, make decisions with limited information, and own outcomes What We Care About Beyond the Resume * You think in strategy and execute in detail.
