We’re looking for an experienced and driven Programme Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact AI and Machine Learning initiatives.

This isn’t just about overseeing projects — it’s about shaping client outcomes, driving commercial growth, and developing talented teams that deliver real impact at scale. As Programme Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of projects and play a pivotal role in shaping how our business evolves. Lead and own end to end delivery of a wide variety of client projects Oversee multiple concurrent projects across data, AI, and digital transformation.

Define structured delivery approaches, governance frameworks, and quality standards. Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders informed with clarity and confidence. Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Track and manage financial performance across your portfolio. Support capability-building across the organisation through playbooks, templates, and best practice. Act as the senior point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnership.

Collaborate closely with technical leads and data scientists to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and valuable. Proven experience in programme or portfolio management (within technology, consulting, or data/AI domains). Deep technical experience using and working with AI and Data Solutions Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
