Following 300% YoY growth and a major investment into a new production site (launching Jan 2026), this is a golden opportunity to join a mission-driven business at a pivotal moment in its journey. As Production Manager, you’ll be at the heart of operations, leading a talented team and driving excellence across food production, packing, and dispatch.

You’ll play a key role in scaling operations, improving systems, and delivering high-quality products that help people eat more whole foods and transform their health.
