Senior Product Manager – (Hospitality Saas) Location: Hybrid (Edinburgh) Employment Type: Permanent Our client is a leading software business providing digital solutions that help hospitality organisations operate more efficiently. Their platforms are used by thousands of hotels, restaurants, and service providers to improve communication, streamline operations, and enhance the employee experience. As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll take ownership of the mobile experience across a suite of hospitality management products used daily by professionals across the sector. You’ll define the strategic roadmap for both employee and manager-facing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across mobile and desktop platforms. You’ll act as a key contributor and mentor within the Product team, providing leadership and guidance to other Product Managers and Product Owners, while remaining hands-on across discovery, execution, and delivery. Act as Product Owner for your squad: manage backlogs, refine user stories, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality releases. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to deliver exceptional user experiences across mobile and desktop. Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Managers and Product Owners within the team. Analyse performance metrics to evaluate product adoption, retention, and engagement, using insights to inform decisions.

Strong experience building and delivering mobile-first products. ~ Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across technical and commercial teams. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset. ~ Experienced in agile delivery and comfortable balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
