Key Responsibilities: Investor Transaction Processing Oversee processing of subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and investor onboarding activities.

Ensure timely and accurate execution of capital activity transactions. Review and approve investor transaction documentation. Investor Services Act as primary escalation point for investor and client queries.

Maintain high standards of client servicing and communication. Coordinate reporting and investor statement distribution AML/KYC & Compliance Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and regulatory requirements. Review investor due diligence documentation.

Escalate suspicious or incomplete documentation issues. Hedge Fund Operations Coordinate with fund accounting, custody, compliance, and legal teams. Support NAV release processes and investor allocations.

Monitor adherence to fund offering documents and operational procedures. Required qualification and experience MBA / Post graduation / Graduation from a reputed institute 8–10 years of experience in transfer agency, hedge fund operations, or fund administration. Preferred Skills Leadership and people management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and operational accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Experience with transfer agency platforms and fund administration systems.
