Senior Operations Leadership Role – Brokerage Operations (COBAM & Onboarding)
\nLocation: Hyderabad
\nShift: Night Shift (Mandatory)
\n\nExperience Levels Hiring:
\n• 18+ Years (Senior Leadership Level)
\n\nKey Skills:
\n• COBAM (Client Onboarding & Account Management)
\n• Account Opening & Maintenance
\n• Reference Data Management
\n• Wealth Management / Financial Services Operations
\nNote: Profiles from KYC / AML / Due Diligence backgrounds will not be considered
\n\nRole Overview:
\n• Lead large-scale Brokerage / Wealth Operations (50+ team size)
\n• Manage Account Opening, Maintenance, COBAM & Institutional Onboarding
\n• Drive operational excellence, governance, and risk management
\n• Own financials – budgeting, productivity, and cost optimization
\n• Collaborate with global stakeholders for delivery and strategy alignment
\n• Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs
\n• Build and develop high-performing teams
\n\nKey Responsibilities:
\n• Provide leadership across onboarding & reference data functions
\n• Manage complex operations with strong control frameworks
\n• Drive process improvements using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
\n• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
\n• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve business challenges
\n• Develop talent, improve engagement, and reduce attrition
\n• Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making
\n\nRequired Qualifications:
\n• 10+ years of experience in Account Onboarding & Reference Data
\n• 3+ years of leadership experience
\n• Experience managing large teams (50+) and complex operations
\n• Strong stakeholder management and global exposure
\n• Expertise in risk management and operational controls
\n• Willingness to work in night shifts
\n\nPreferred Qualifications:
\n• MBA / CA / Finance background
\n• Experience in Wealth Management operations
\n• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement frameworks
\n• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
