Senior Business Analyst Specialist

Under the direction of the WIC Technology Administration Director, the Lead Business Analyst will: Perform business and gap analysis Translate current MIS functionality into system requirements Track and report project milestones Identify and escalate risks and issues Coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment Minimum Required Experience (10+ Years): Business analysis including requirements elicitation & documentation Knowledge of Project Management Framework Functional specifications and requirements documentation Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Accuracy in documenting regulatory/system requirements Preferred Experience: Government or regulatory compliance experience (5+ years) Project management experience (5+ years) Team leadership experience (5+ years) Policy interpretation and translating regulations into system requirements Experience with MIS systems in large organizations PMI-PBA or IIBA CBAP certification (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
