Associate Director, Data & Analytics Role Overview Reporting to the Executive Director, this Associate Director will lead analytics initiatives supporting Corporate, Finance, and Supply Chain functions. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for translating business needs into scalable analytics, predictive models, and governed data solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Execute enterprise data strategy and lead development of scalable analytics solutions aligned with business priorities Solution Architecture: Design data pipelines, semantic models, and dashboards to enable enterprise and self-service reporting Advanced Analytics: Deliver predictive modeling, forecasting, and optimization solutions; enable conversational analytics Data Governance & Quality: Implement data quality frameworks, automation, and secure, compliant data access Collaboration & Delivery: Partner with business and technical teams, lead Agile execution, and mentor junior staff Innovation: Drive adoption of modern analytics tools, best practices, and reusable frameworks Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (advanced degree preferred) 10+ years in analytics, data engineering, or advanced analytics (life sciences experience preferred) Strong skills in Python/R, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Experience with cloud data platforms, data modeling, and transformation frameworks Expertise in data governance, quality, and metadata management Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Core Competencies Strategic thinking, analytical rigor, strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and results orientation.
