We’re hiring for the role of Energy Efficiency Analyst/Administrator, which supports both our client-facing and technical energy efficiency teams in a number of administrative, customer service, and strategic functions. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, attentive, and inquisitive, yet comfortable with autonomy and letting their work speak for itself. Responsibilities Partner with Account Managers to provide high-level service to Fortune 500 clients via professional phone and email correspondence. Manage action items and maintain project integrity by importing critical data into tracking systems. Access, download, and systematically organize project-essential documents, including construction drawings, utility bills, and equipment invoices.

Coordinate directly with client vendors to ensure seamless information flow and project progression. Review lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration scopes of work to determine energy savings potential and rebate eligibility. Estimate potential rebates and compile comprehensive applications for projects across North America.

Perform energy savings and performance calculations utilizing industry-standard best practices. Conduct deep-dive research into hundreds of North American rebate programs to identify guidelines and maximize filing strategies. Partner with Project Managers to develop filing strategies for large-scale, multi-site client initiatives.

Identify bottlenecks in complex rebate filing processes and implement solutions to maximize efficiency. Streamline internal procedures to reduce operational costs while maintaining high-quality output. Required Skills & Experience Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills for complex data manipulation and analysis.

Familiarity with lighting, HVAC, and refrigeration systems in a commercial/industrial context. Ability to perform precise energy-saving calculations and financial rebate estimations. Experience working within project management or data tracking software systems.

A prowess for distillation, with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable insights. Strong ability to navigate web resources and conduct professional inquiries via phone to uncover program requirements. High attention to detail in managing vast amounts of documentation (audits, invoices, and blueprints).

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with high-level stakeholders. A proactive approach to optimizing workflows and problem-solving within complex frameworks.
