Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join Shea Construction as a Site Superintendent for our Commercial TI projects in sunny San Diego, CA! This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead dynamic teams and ensure the successful execution of high-profile renovations and tenant improvements. Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to ensure timely project delivery.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project quality and efficiency. Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.

Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability. Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates and address concerns. Lead team meetings and foster a positive work environment focused on collaboration and productivity.

Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and site activities. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, specifically in tenant improvements. Proven leadership skills with a strong ability to manage teams and subcontractors.

Valid OSHA certification and knowledge of safety regulations in construction. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.

Proficient in construction management software (Procore- preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
