General Manager – Philippe Chow Nashville Philippe Chow Nashville is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead one of the most exciting upscale dining destinations in the city. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a high-design, high-energy restaurant backed by a nationally recognized luxury brand, and play a key role in its continued growth in the Nashville market. Located in Cummins Station, Philippe Chow Nashville brings the brand’s signature Beijing-style cuisine, dramatic presentation, and elevated hospitality experience from New York City to one of the country’s fastest-growing dining scenes.
This is not just a management role—it is a leadership position with real impact on culture, performance, and guest experience. Position Overview As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the operation, from guest experience and team development to financial performance and brand execution. You will set the tone for the restaurant, build and mentor a strong leadership team, and ensure the highest standards across every touchpoint of the business.
