SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description Requirements: Strong knowledge on depot/warehouse Management in Shipping. End to end exposure to Ocean transportation is considered as advantage. Requires good communication and negotiation capabilities to convince PO and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: * Will be involved in end-to-end rollout of new Application in MEDLOG Entities. * Provide Trainings * Coordinate with the Agency user in analyzing the Gaps and arranging the Functional Requirement document. * Coordinate with the Development team to complete the Development related to Gap or other requirements. * Coordinate with Testing team to seamlessly test and deliver the requirement to the Agency. * Assist the Support team to handle the queries/ issues raised by the Agencies on daily basis." Communication: Should Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude to interact with stakeholders and handle the project needs. Good To Have: Basic Knowledge on API's, EDI's Depot Operations Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices
