SAP MDG Technical Consultant – Lead Location: Delhi NCR Work Model: 5 Days Work From Office (Mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for a SAP MDG Technical Lead with strong techno‑functional expertise to lead design, development, and implementation of SAP Master Data Governance solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, functional teams, and offshore/onshore teams to deliver high‑quality MDG solutions across domains. Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end SAP MDG technical design, development, and implementation Design and develop MDG solutions for Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance domains Develop and enhance: Data Models BRF+ rules Change Request (CR) workflows Derivation frameworks Configure and customize MDG workflows, UI, and validations Perform ABAP development for MDG enhancements, BADIs, User Exits, and reports Integrate SAP MDG with ECC / S/4HANA , SAP PI/PO / CPI , and third‑party systems Ensure data quality, governance standards, and compliance Lead technical discussions, reviews, and solution design workshops Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance Support UAT, cutover, go‑live, and post‑production support Required Skills & Experience: 10–15 years of SAP experience with 8+ years in SAP MDG Strong hands‑on experience in: SAP MDG Data Modeling & Configuration BRF+, Workflow, Change Request scenarios ABAP (MDG enhancements, BADIs, RFCs, Reports) Experience in SAP S/4HANA MDG preferred Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, and Master Data processes Exposure to SAP Fiori for MDG is a plus Lead‑level experience handling teams and stakeholders Good to Have: SAP MDG certification Experience in large transformation / rollout programs Exposure to multiple MDG domains Behavioral Expectations: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to lead discussions and drive ownership Willingness to work from office 5 days a week
