We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our growing team, providing vital support to our Account Managers and helping deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting customers via phone and email
• Processing sales orders and maintaining CRM accuracy
• Preparing quotes and providing order updates
• Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers and our warehouse team
• Managing stock and shipment queries
• Keeping customer and order information up to date
• Learning about our products and supporting customer meetings when required

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently
• A willingness to learn and develop your sales knowledge
• Full driving licence and own transport due to our rural location
