Sales Support

Summary

As a Sales Support you will ensure the store is fully prepared and stocked throughout the day, receiving deliveries and organizing inventory to enable the Sales team to assist customers effectively. You will work closely with sales advisors and managers to replenish the sales floor and maintain an organized stock room. The role involves handling customer collections and supporting the sales process during peak hours.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the Sales Team
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
• Partner with management to place new arrivals on the sales floor
• Provide feedback to manager regarding stock concerns
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and organized stock area
• Collect customer alterations, webstore, and custom-made items
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to support the sales process
