Sales Specialist

We are seeking a driven and high-potential Sales Specialist with hands-on experience in the automotive detailing ecosystem, specifically across ceramic coatings and paint protection films (PPF) . In this role, you will represent Ceramic Pro (ceramic coatings) and Kavaca (PPF), driving growth within the premium automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate has early-stage but relevant industry exposure, understands detailing products, and can effectively engage with detailers, studios, and installers.

For more details, please visit : https://ceramicpro.co.in/ Responsibilities : Drive sales for Ceramic Pro ( coatings ) and Kavaca (PPF) within the assigned territory Identify and onboard detailing studios, PPF installers, and dealer partners Build strong relationships with auto detailers, workshops, and car enthusiasts Support partners in understanding coating and PPF application fundamentals Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Track market trends and competitor activity Ensure strong partner engagement and customer satisfaction Qualifications : 1.5 to 2 years of experience strictly in automotive detailing / car care product sales Basic to intermediate understanding of ceramic coatings and paint protection films (PPF) Exposure to detailing studios, installers, or automotive workshops Required Skills : Experience in automotive aftermarket or detailing product sales Good communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to learn and grow in a technical sales environment Passion for cars and automotive aesthetics Preferred Skills : Bachelor’s degree preferred Pay range and compensation package : INR 35000 to INR 40000 per month (open to discussion based upon experience)
