Company Description Arealis is building Arealis Zord, a non-custodial payment proof and lifecycle infrastructure product. Zord helps businesses, fintechs, marketplaces, and regulated entities make payments more traceable, auditable, replayable, and operationally clear across fragmented systems such as PSPs, banks, and internal ledgers. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Intern at Arealis, Pune.
The Sales Intern will support the go-to-market efforts for Arealis Zord by researching target companies, identifying decision-makers, assisting with outreach, maintaining lead trackers, and helping the founder generate qualified pilot conversations. The role is focused on lead generation, outreach support, follow-ups, and sales coordination for Zord. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential target companies for Arealis Zord Build lead lists of: NBFCs fintechs marketplaces businesses with high payout or payment operations Find relevant decision-makers and maintain contact databases Support outreach through: email LinkedIn follow-ups meeting scheduling Maintain lead and outreach tracking sheets properly Help the founder prepare for sales calls and pilot discussions Understand Zord’s high-level value proposition and target use cases Conduct basic market and competitor research when required.
Qualifications Strong communication skills Good research and lead-generation ability Organized and disciplined with follow-ups Comfortable working in a startup environment Interested in sales, business development, fintech, or B2B products Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and email outreach is preferred What Success Looks Like Strong and clean lead pipeline Consistent outreach execution Qualified meetings for pilot discussion Better GTM visibility and follow-up discipline
