Sales Officer

We are looking for a high-energy, field-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and business growth for our Gold Loan portfolio . The role demands strong local market understanding, hands-on field engagement, and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities New Customer Acquisition Identify and onboard new customers through field visits, referral networks, and localized campaigns Drive gold loan sourcing within assigned territory Client Engagement & Product Presentation Conduct in-person consultations Present gold loan products clearly, addressing customer needs and objections Sales Strategy Execution Execute territory-specific sales initiatives aligned with business targets Support branch and regional growth objectives Relationship Management & Service Excellence Build long-term customer relationships Ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction Operational & Compliance Adherence Follow regulatory guidelines, KYC norms, and internal SOPs Ensure accurate documentation and verification Gold Evaluation & Verification Assess gold ornaments for weight, purity, and karat value Use calibrated tools and standardized testing methods Market Intelligence & Product Knowledge Stay updated on gold loan policies, lending norms, competitor offerings, and market trends Bank Relationship Management Coordinate with partner banks for joint business development Support smooth operational coordination Balance Transfer Management Handle end-to-end gold loan balance transfer cases Coordinate disbursement, settlements, and bank interactions Ideal Candidate Profile 1–3 years of field sales experience , preferably in: Gold Loans NBFCs Financial Services Microfinance Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with gold evaluation, KYC processes, and loan documentation Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field work Why Join Us?
