Job Title: Marketing Executive โ Bakery (Franchise & Corporate Growth) Location: (NOIDA, UP) (willingness to travel regionally for franchise development and corporate outreach) Reports to: Head of Growth Role summary: Lead marketing and business development to drive bakery expansion through franchise recruitment, corporate partnerships, and professional networks (e.g., BNI). Build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and convert partnership opportunities into sustainable revenue channels. Key responsibilities: Franchise development Build and execute a franchise marketing plan (lead generation, nurturing, conversion).
Create franchise sales collateral, pitch decks, FAQs, and digital campaigns. Qualify prospective franchisees and coordinate discovery calls, presentations, and local meetings with leadership. Manage franchise lead funnel and CRM; track conversion metrics and optimize campaigns.
Support onboarding marketing for new franchise locations (grand opening campaigns, local PR, social media toolkits). Corporate sales & partnerships Identify, pitch, and close corporate accounts for catering, gift programs, employee benefits, and recurring orders. Develop standardized corporate proposals, pricing packages, and SLAs.
Maintain relationships with key corporate clients and ensure service/marketing alignment. Professional networks & B2B outreach Build and manage relationships with professional networks (BNI, chambers, industry groups). Represent the bakery at networking events, pitch meetings, and partner programs.
Create referral programs and incentives for network partners. Brand & demand generation Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, local PR) to support franchise and corporate objectives. Oversee content, social media, website updates, and SEO relevant to franchise and corporate audiences.
Coordinate with creative/agency resources for campaigns, collateral, and local store marketing toolkits. Analytics & operations Set KPIs; track performance (leads, conversion rate, CAC, LTV, corporate revenue, partnership ROI). Prepare monthly reports and present growth insights and forecasts to leadership.
Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal to support franchise agreements and corporate contracts. Required qualifications & experience: 4โ7+ years marketing/business development experience, with proven success in franchise development, B2B sales, or corporate partnerships (preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality). Experience managing lead funnels/CRMs and running digital acquisition campaigns.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Comfortable representing the brand at events and closing deals in person. Preferred: Experience with franchise systems or franchise recruitment platforms.
Existing network or proven success working with BNI/chamber groups. Basic understanding of contract terms and commercial negotiations. Skills & attributes: Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and presentation skills. Analytical: comfortable with KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making. Collaborative team player; proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
KPIs / Success metrics: Number of qualified franchise leads and franchise conversion rate. New franchise locations opened per quarter. Corporate accounts acquired and recurring corporate revenue.
Cost per franchise lead / cost per acquisition. Partner referrals generated via BNI/professional networks. Campaign ROI and local store sales uplift from marketing support.
