About the Company Axono IOT Solutions is looking for a high-energy Sales & Marketing Executive to lead our commercial growth. This is a comprehensive role where you will be responsible for both generating interest (Marketing) and securing contracts (Sales). The ideal candidate is a "closer" who can also strategize.
You will be the face of Axono, navigating technical discussions about IoT and SCADA while managing the brandโs digital and physical presence. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Marketing: Take full responsibility for marketing initiatives to build a pipeline.
Create and manage LinkedIn content, email campaigns, and product brochures. Represent the company at trade shows and industrial meetups. Sales & Revenue Ownership: Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to final closing.
Conduct professional product demonstrations of the Axono IOT Dashboard. Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and finalize legal/commercial contracts. Market Expansion (BD): Identify and open doors in new industries (Manufacturing, Utilities, Smart Cities).
Build relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, Plant Managers, and Directors). Strategic Reporting: Maintain a clear CRM pipeline and provide weekly updates on lead conversion and revenue targets. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in a B2B Sales or Marketing role, specifically within the Software, IOT, or Industrial Automation sectors.
Full-Funnel Ownership: Must be ready and willing to handle both marketing (attracting leads) and sales (closing deals) as part of daily responsibilities. Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Hindi. Hindi for national-level client interaction.
English for professional documentation and corporate presentations. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IOT, SCADA, or Industry 4.0 is an added advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, public speaking, and "consultative selling" skills.
Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with a strong commercial track record. Required Skills Excellent negotiation, public speaking, and "consultative selling" skills. Preferred Skills Strong understanding of IOT, SCADA, or Industry 4.0 is an added advantage.
