Learn about us: www.norstarindustries.ca Position Overview Norstar Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and elevate its Agricultural Division. This role is about building, leading, and strengthening a sales team that can consistently deliver growth and performance. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting direction, establishing accountability, and developing a team of experienced sales professionals. This individual will step into an established group with strong tenure and relationships and will be expected to earn credibility through leadership, sound judgment, and a clear, consistent approach to performance management.
Success in this role requires a leader who can balance respect for what has worked with the ability to implement structure, clarity, and forward-thinking sales strategies. This is a high-impact leadership position with direct influence on Norstar's continued growth in the agricultural market.
