Founding Sales Lead (US/EU Market) Location: India (Mumbai) Target: Any Enterprise B2B OR D2C Salary- 10-20 LPA Depends on experience Role: Founding Sales Hire (The First "Saga" Closer) ### The Mission At SAGA, we engineer Organic Growth. You will be responsible for taking our proprietary outreach methodology and growth-stack to the US,India and EU market. You are not just a "salesperson"—you are a Growth Architect who will build the revenue foundation of SAGA AI from the ground up. ### Your Core "Saga" Outbound Mastery: You will lead by example. You’ll use different platforms to identify, track, and close US/EU-based VPs of Sales and Marketing.
The Full Funnel: You own the journey from the first cold touchpoint to the signed contract. You’ll be running 10 demos a week with decision-makers. Playbook Engineering: We are in the "zero-to-one" phase.
You will document every objection, refine every script, and build the "SAGA Sales Bible" that our future team will follow. Strategic Consulting: You aren't just selling software; you are selling a growth strategy. You need to be able to look at a US client's current broken outbound process and show them the SAGA way. ### The Profile The "India-to-US" Pro: You have 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS or Agency Services specifically to the US Market from India.
You understand the nuances of American business etiquette and the "speed of the West." Outbound Obsessed: You know your way around Apollo, Instantly, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You don't wait for inbound leads; you hunt. Data-Driven: You live in the CRM (HubSpot/Zoho).
You know your conversion rates from "Opened" to "Replied" to "Booked" to "Closed." High Energy & Grit: Selling to the US from India requires a "Night Owl" mindset. You are energized by the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST grind and view the time zone gap as a competitive advantage. ### Qualifications Experience: Proven track record of hitting $250k+ ARR targets in an early-stage environment. Communication: Flawless English (written and verbal).
You can write cold copy that actually gets a response from a busy US CEO. 0-to-1 Specialist: You have 5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, with a proven track record of selling to US customers from India. Your demos should feel like a premium experience, and your communication must be elite—fluent in both the technical nuances of LLMs and the business ROI of marketing.
