Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets within the US IT staffing domain Identify and analyze client requirements to offer tailored staffing solutions Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities Manage the sales pipeline, including lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services to clients Negotiate terms and close deals with potential clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction Requirements: 0–3 years of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Fluent English communication is mandatory Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Willingness to work in US shift timings Basic understanding of IT technologies is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Job Details: Job Type: Full-time Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM) Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
