Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Project Sales Engineer with strong experience in capital equipment or technical project sales . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth within the lithium battery manufacturing, energy storage, and automation sectors. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial acumen, project sales expertise, and the ability to convert opportunities into profitable business deals.

Key Responsibilities Manage the complete sales cycle , including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic business development. Drive B2B project sales for lithium battery assembly lines, automation systems, robotics, and testing equipment.

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline , ensuring consistent revenue generation with healthy profit margins. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with OEMs, battery manufacturers, and energy solution providers . Coordinate closely with technical, engineering, and project teams for solution design and proposal development.

Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new opportunities. Monitor project costing, profitability, and commercial terms to ensure successful deal closure and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline. 5–10 years of experience in capital equipment sales, automation solutions, or lithium battery industry.

Proven experience in B2B technical or project sales with strong target achievement . Strong understanding of project costing, profit & loss, budgeting, and ROI analysis . Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills .
