Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Coach. The Sales Coach will design and deliver effective sales training programs, mentor sales representatives, and evaluate their performance to improve team outcomes.
The role involves providing practical coaching to enhance sales skills, communication approaches, and professional development along with boosting productivity and revenues and act as a Strategic problem solver. Collaboration with leadership to identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement will be a vital part of the role. What You’ll Do 1.
Sales Coaching & Capability Building Move beyond classroom training to 1:1 and group coaching interventions Diagnose skill gaps through call reviews, data, and manager inputs Drive improvements in conversion rates, objection handling, and deal progression Design and deliver structured enablement programs aligned to sales goals Track effectiveness through training NPS, certification scores, and performance lift Auditing sales calls, training new joiners, and ensuring quality, compliance, and ethical selling practices. 2. Sales Enablement & Performance Impact Partner with sales leaders to improve quota attainment and win rates Enable faster ramp-up for new hires through structured onboarding journeys Build and drive adoption of playbooks, talk tracks, and sales frameworks Influence frontline managers to become effective coaches themselves 3. Sales Operations Alignment Work closely with ops to improve CRM hygiene, pipeline quality, and process adherence Identify gaps in funnel metrics and design targeted coaching interventions Support improvements in forecast accuracy and sales cycle efficiency 4.
SQL Quality & Revenue Contribution Collaborate with research and demand teams to improve SQL quality and conversions Coach teams on lead qualification, discovery, and demo effectiveness Drive measurable improvements in lead-to-demo and demo-to-close ratios What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 to 10+ Proven experience in Sales Coaching / Sales Enablement / L&D, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or product company Demonstrated ability to impact revenue metrics (conversion rates, win rates, ramp time, quota attainment) Strong hands-on experience with: Call coaching & feedback frameworks Sales methodologies CRM tools and sales analytics Someone who can influence without authority and partner closely with sales leaders A mindset of ownership, speed, and continuous improvement
