This role combines **client consultation, design creation, and sales closure**, ensuring high conversion and premium customer experience. --- ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Design Consultation** * Understand client requirements, space, lifestyle & budget * Design **modular kitchens, wardrobes & storage solutions** * Suggest layouts, finishes, hardware & accessories * Prepare **design concepts, layouts & proposals** --- ### **Sales & Closure** * Present designs and pricing to clients confidently * Drive closures (₹2L–₹15L+ modular projects) * Handle objections, negotiations & follow-ups * Maintain strong CRM discipline --- ### **Technical & Design Work** * Create designs using **AutoCAD / SketchUp / KD Max / 2020** * Prepare **BOQs and cost estimates** * Ensure design feasibility and execution alignment --- ###
