About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base and strengthen relationships with existing clients across Hyderabad. If you enjoy meeting customers, building long-term business relationships, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new HoReCa and food service customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, caterers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage assigned sales territories and customer routes efficiently.
• Coordinate with the operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections as per the company's credit policy.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales orders, collections, and feedback.
• Represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service.

Eligibility

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the FMCG, Food Processing, Dairy, Frozen Foods, Meat, or Poultry industry.
• Education: Any Graduate.
• Valid two-wheeler with a driving licence is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within city (Work Location: Hyderabad)
